Together, we will:
1. Discover the things you need to do, want to do, or are expected to do
2. Identify what barriers are getting in the way of meeting your goals
3. Implement strategies that will facilitate getting there.
Occupational therapy's primary goal is to help you live a full, independent, and meaningful life, whatever that looks like for you. Our treatment is individualized, client-centered, and creative. This isn’t talk-based therapy. This is doing.
What can you expect?
Sessions will be provided via Telehealth, with an option to transition to community-based if local.

1, Schedule a *free* screening call to let me know what you are looking for. I will quickly assess and let you know how and if I can help

2. Next, we will schedule a full hour-long evaluation session to get to know you, identify goals, and make sure we have a solid plan moving forward.

3. We will work together to decide if individual, group, or a combination of treatment is best for you. We will also identify a number of sessions and frequency (typically once a week to start) that works best with your finances.
Please inquire about insurance coverage or my sliding scale policy, as I firmly believe finances should never be a barrier to getting the treatment you deserve.
